Three things you should always do before visiting a spa.

#1 Take a shower or bath, preferably with a non-scented soap before your spa visit.

#2 Dress with clean but loose, light fitting clothes.

#3 Drink plenty of water about 3-4 hours before your visit so you are hydrated. Relieve yourself with a restroom break before leaving for your spa visit.
